Leaving behind,
Going away,
Nostalgic longing,
For the old days.
Forgotten memories in every corner,
Examining the corpses,
Goes the mourner,
Searching for the sources,
Of his pain,
He opens the doors,
And lets fall, the rain,
Rejecting the eaves,
Of his former abode,
He begins his journey,
Down the long road,
Belying his grief,
He returns,
To watch his regret,
As it burns,
He begins his journey,
Again anew,
For he knows,
Smiling faces,
In this world,
Are all too few.

I wrote this with a random word out of the dictionary, which ended up being "Nostalgia." What a great word right?
