This is Just to Say

I'm sorry I beat you
at the last race.
You probably think
it's because you
"had a bad day"
or
"didn't sleep well".
It's not.
I train
like there's
no tomorrow.
Like it's
going out
of style.
6 hours a day
of skating,
cycling,
cores,
and the o-sled.
And I love it.
Maybe,
next time I beat you,
you could file a
hurt feelings report.
