Heartbroken

She runs with hair flying,
A smile on her face,
Runs toward her love,
Ready to embrace.
But there he stands,
With another girl,
A smile on his face.
She stops running,
Comes to a slow pace.
Turns around,
runs away.
She runs with tears streaming,
A wretched face.
Runs toward nothing,
Just away from this place.
With a broken heart
That can
Never
Be
Replaced.
