Missing You
On this beach I lay crying,
My stomach in knots.
The memories of you invading my thoughts.
Your scent on me lingers
and spreads through the breeze.
I walk to the water to was you off in the sea.
My tears still rolling,
down my face they fall.
Into the ocean disappearing from all.
Someday if you venture deep from the top,
you'll find my tears,
and missing you I can stop.
