In God We Trust
One of America’s biggest slogans is:
“In God We Trust”
You’ll find it on billboards,
You’ll find it on the back of minivans,
And you’ll find it on benches by the bus stop.
Almost anywhere you go or look
You’ll see this slogan.
If really “In God We Trust”
Then why do we worry about things so much?
Things that aren’t even that big in God’s eyes
Things that can really be taken care of within a blink of an eye
In God We Trust means putting all your trust in God.
If really in God We Trust their would be no worries and no Fears.
All we would have to do is cast our cares on him.
In God We Trust with our country
In God We Trust with our families
In God We Trust with our lives
But is it really in “God We Trust”?
Or is it just an old saying that has been passed down?
In God We Trust,
In God We Trust,
In God We Trust.
