When I Am Without You.
Without you, I’m still alive.
Without you, I keep myself busy.
Without you, I’m never satisfied.
Without you, I’m still crazy.
I hate the way you made me sigh.
I hate that you bought every meal.
I hate your hand upon my thigh.
But most of all, I hate the way you made me feel
Happy and carefree
Making memory after memory
You kissed my neck where everyone would see.
My knees trembled violently
With the thought of where your lips had been
Over the secret night which we had spent.
I wanted you to be my only
For all I know, I’m one of many
I just wish I knew the world was full
Of boys to call my naked body beautiful
Early in the morning, I’m paralyzed
Frozen by memories I rationalize
Someone take care of me, please
Or let me love you, at least.
