My Shell
My Shell

 I have a shell
It look nice, clean, like I have everything is calm and together
 It looks like I care
 It looks nice
 It is a fallacy

For my shell is a lie
That sits on the surface of my skin
 Like a mask
For my shell covers the true me

 For under my shell
 There is pain
That can never be fixed or taken back
 There are tears
That seems to never stop flowing
 There is laughter
That carries father then they know

For my shell can stay there for only such a long time
 It is breaking
 Like a hammer hitting glass
For soon my shell will break
And people will see the real me
 The one nobody likes

For my shell is for now
 My inside is forever
