What If
What if the world was considered to be our safe place? What if there weren't starving children in third world contries? What if poverty wasn't an issue? What if we didn't go to sleep at night, afraid of the monsters in our closets or underneath our beds? What if, what if? Life is a game. We grow, we realize. Making a change isn't required; it's not a test in life. Making a change, right or wrong? Why stand behind the lines, while you watch the 'different kid' get beaten to death? Why complain when you should be thankful for what you're given. It takes one to make a change, only one. Why is everyone still sitting around silently allowing this to continue?
