Closed Doors
Jane was a small child that most saw as weak.
They could never see her true strength.
She kept to herself and hid what she knew laid beneath.
She was loud in her silence but no one could see how.
She strived through the world’s violence that everyone thought brought her down.
You might wonder why she would hide these things,
Yet Jane knew it was her only truth,
And only truth could set her free.
So she grew tall and she grew strong,
And she prepared for the day that she would move on.
When that day came, she held her head high,
And walked out the door with a lonely goodbye.
Now Jane leads others showing them the way.
To find another way to live on through each he** filled day.
