I Hurt Too
The common man's troubles are oft ignored
Cast aside
Surpassed
Like a homeless person,
Thumb outstretched in hopes for a samaritin.
Why does he compress his troubles so?
For fear of judgement, laughter, or worse, nothing?
Extreme pain is almost easier dealt with,
You have the support of those who do not understand.
But what does the Common Man do
When he hurts?
Why are his troubles
So rarely represented?
