my dad

They told me he didn't care
That he didn't want to talk to me
That was all lies
We spent time together recently
The best realization of my life
I spent two years thinking he hated me
But all along he tried to reach me
It took me until he seen me and kept walking
To realize i need to call him
I must tell him how i feel
For my dad was thinking about me all along
To see his walls of pictures everywhere
Made me cry
For now I know that my father is great

i haven't seen my dad in a long time and i chose to give him a call
