Who says I aint lady like
Just because my name maybe Sam
Just because I may play sports
And I may like to use the word damn

Just because I might sag my pants
Just because I might skateboard
And I might not be into Romance

What makes a girl lady like?
Her gender ? Her grace?
What makes a girl lady like?
The appearance of her face?

So what if I don’t balance books on my head
Or use Proper English
If I aint girl because of my manners
And not a boy because of my parts
What am I, Because right now I don’t know
Am I lady or a man?
I guess these stereotypes of genders,
Is just part of the American Plan
