Thinking of him as nothing more than a disgrace
But he was so much more
He did what only people dreamed
He changed lives
Changed history
Made people believe that their wrongs can be undone
That we can repent the sins of all each daughter and son
That the cycle can be destroyed
That freedom rings in all directions
No more useless death is needed
No more cries will go unheard
Only laughter and happiness will fly high like a bird
This changed happened slowly
Started with one
But with one comes another
And then the revolution has begun
