Lone Boat

I'm lost;
I'm a single boat-lost in the churning waves
of the ocean,
being tossed about;
I'm like a boat that has no control--
no power, no will, no nothing;
I'm like a little boat,
a tiny one,
out in the ocean all by myself,
cutting through the waves
without anyone standing by me to help me
keep going;
I'm alone.
