Strength isn’t always about how many
Weights you can lift,
Strength isn’t just physical,
It’s also emotional.
Strength is when you feel like there’s
But you tell yourself you’re going to
Try and do your best.
Sometimes it takes a long time to really
Just how strong you are.
Over time there will be many problems
You will have to face,
And over time you will learn to forgive,
And realize that life isn’t about dwelling on past experiences,
But looking ahead and realizing how truly amazing life
