The Victim
They call me gay
 And don't look well
 When I'm away
 They're always swell

 I'm called many things
 From loser to freak
 Beaten a ton
 My life feels bleak

 However there's hope
 I'm not alone
 I've friends with me
 Tied like a rope

 My parents are here
 I have a family
 They need me around
 And are always near

 I have a future
 Out there somewhere
 There will be a day
 When I will feel good

 So I take all taunts
 I'm always ready
While they look down on me
 I'll look up to myself
