Flame
There had been fire in her, once.
 Powerful it had raged
 Along her skin,
 Striking those she touched.
But then those gray eyes turned
 Steel. She was cold
 Fire now.
 It had melted and drained,
 Sealing those eyes shut.
 She burned,
 Blue and silent.
 It was a savage strength
 That whispered along her spine.
Until the air around her yearned
 For a sign of warmth.
