Taken From The Darkness
My eyes were open, but all I saw was black, behind me, the demons from my past always smirking, their lithe steps always mirroring mine. In front of me, the light, the most beautiful bright light, shining invitingly. The day I broke free of those demons was the day that I vowed to never to let myself believe in their malicious smiles. I ran into the light... just to find a wall.
