Naked Sun
The sun sunk down,
Dipping itself in a pool of midnight blue,
Shedding its colors as it sank underneath
the pale white moon,
of which it captures the sky and sparkles tiny diamonds among itself,
clouds floating silently among them,
as if like a ghost,
slow sauntering in and bringing with it a chill.
And with it a silence settles,
the only sound the call of a lone owl,
and the rare chorus of a pack of wolves.
