Obscuring inquiring eyes.

Crafted of my own genetic code;

I can see your sparkling amber eyes

Filled with laughter and mischievous glee,

But you cannot see my own hazel windows

Into my soul,

Only glinting with liquid pain.

My windows crack

Under building pressure,

Releasing the crystals onto the Earth.

As soon as they crack;

They are repaired.

I'm just fine.
