They tell a story. They capture the moment. In the hands of a skilled captor they engulf the world for a minute; maybe even more.
Films, lens, lighting, and time.
Tools of the captor.
First, second, and third.
He doesn't care about the prize. In his mind, capturing on of these makes him a winner.
