My feet flit across the smooth surface of the hollow ground
They take me quickly across the short journey of my shallow life.
Too many people.
Too many questions.
The same mindless chatter I’ve heard before.
As suns set, and new dawns are born
A new resolves settles along my
chest, and slows my racing feet
The one absolute that is certain, as I am absolutely sure,
I was created for something more.
