Debacle
My sand castles fall,
My dream catchers fail,
My Kleenex does not always dry the tears away.
My deepest sorrows radiate through my crinkled hands.
Look into a blind man’s eyes, no better yet look into mine.
See the way they fade
watch how they cast down
from everyone’s worried gaze.
I am one that most know as pariah
For I had a voice.
All were deaf.
