They whisper their cruel words
They stifle their teasing laughs
They hide their gawking stares
They think I don’t see, or don’t want me to see
But I see
They backhand their insults
They play their little games
They smoothen their lies
They blog their hate
They think I don’t know
But I know
Don’t be a coward
Say exactly what you mean
Don’t hide behind euphemisms
Don’t play games; they won’t last for long
I have a four-year sentence under your torment
Then I will be free
And you’ll answer to me
