life is a book, you can write or read, but what ever you do keep flipping the pages

A strange world
Committed a crime
Of inviting
Me
Inside
Many things have happened
Some explainable
Some unmentionable
What if I was to tell you
I was broken
Maybe cursed
Mostly bound
Tied up by the veils
Worn by you
You hide so
I
Also
Have
To
Hide
At the times when
You want to pray the most
Are the times you find that
There is no sun
No clouds
No stars
Just rain
A collection of teardrops
Never escaped
Today caped
Disguised so he still thinks
You’re strong
You don’t care
Even when I’m cold
I pretend to be warm
A beach
A beautiful sandy beach,
Look how the sun glistens off the water
Maybe if I jumped in
For at least a few minutes
Maybe he’ll
Turn around
Find that what I want
Is not what he wants
And his world
Is better than mine
But I live in a strange world
That hath committed a crucial crime
Of inviting me
Inside
I always asked my self
Why?
Throw me a clue please,
Toss me a hint
Give me a sign
Of some sort
To try and help me
Understand
That’s all I want
All I want
I just would like
Understand
