Deeply Sought but Mostly Lost
dim lights, cuffed around what is in sight, throughout the windowpane I see you, forever its blue, as you nod, back and forth between sobs, your grace is of your own value, as mine is lost, greatness through the morning frost, your wisdom shines through, as I walk closer, as if you knew, the pain aside, between infinite silent screams of ghoulish pride, the love creeps, across the soul, through boundless leaps, increasingly deep, forever concrete. It is to be seen, by this eye of god, why not I? forever slighted. Forever I cry.
