My life has drastically changed, I’m still unsure if it’s for better or worse
But, I had a great childhood- until you left me
Where were you when I needed you?
You’ve missed so much, we’re practically strangers now

But, I had a great childhood- until you left me
That amazing day when you taught me how to ride my bike
You’ve missed so much, we’re practically strangers now
In case you didn’t know, I’m driving now, no more bike riding

That amazing day when you taught me how to ride my bike
All gone, washed away from my tears
In case you didn’t know, I’m driving now
I’m not the six year old girl you left all alone, I’m seventeen now

My life has drastically changed, I’m still unsure if it’s for better or worse
All gone, washed away from my tears
I’m not the six year old girl you left all alone, I’m seventeen now
Where were you when I needed you?
