It's been 6 months.
6 months since Drew left me again for a program—
a program with less beating and abuse than the first.
Today is the day I get my brother back.
Not the brother that was possessed by drugs and addiction,
but the brother that tried to fly with me.
The brother that walks with confidence,
and faith
in others and himself.
The brother that tries
and succeeds
at every endeavor he pursues.
The brother that I miss.
The brother that is finally—
Home.
