There it sits all lonely and pitiful all around this place,
We think it’s just imagination wondering through a space.
As you look,
You will find,
It’s more intimidating than it seems.
But watch out,
It may be,
The darkness that you see.

There it is again and again,
as small as it could be.
The little act,
That gives us hope
That there is still good inside of me.
The smaller things
That you can’t tell
Is the light of the world.
That soon will vanish.

The two of these constantly battle
Over the domination of our Earth
We call home.
They writhe and scratch,
Bite and kick,
But what is the price of this?
Neither will win nor lose.
Both in an everlasting battle.
There will never be a winner,
Only a draw.
Neither could win or lose,
They counter each other,
In a special way.
That is the power of darkness and light.

Thhough there is darkness in this world and it seems it will overtake us, light will always counter the power of darkness and make us safe.
