It follows you
Whether you want it or not
It will be there waiting for you
Like your best friend it stays with you for all your life
Like your enemy it dislikes you just as much as you do
It is the reason you go out
It the one thing you don’t feel guilty ignoring
But in the end you know
If you don’t complete it
You will get guilty
Homework is the one thing that haunts you
That follows you
That is your frenemy
