On my way

When you hear about me,
You’ll wonder where you were,
Don’t worry,
I was in there with you.
A few times you interrupted,
I almost let you win,
Funny thing is,
I learned from you.
You don’t want me too,
But you guide me,
Some will say I’m done; dumb,
Truthfully it makes me stronger,
For 7 years I wondered,
And I struggled,
But tonight,
I won.
