In this life i await...
In the life I lead, I am a clone
When I add up my life I have no sum,
My life is a soundless hum.
My life is useless for I was prone
To error; when people talk to me all I hear is a harsh tone.
I await in my bedroom for tomorrow to come,
For when I am asleep I hear a never ending drum.
The wind has not changed the direction it has blown.
Finally someone has told me, “You are not alone”
I no longer feel numb.
Like a golden field of grass
The light has finally shone
down in this hole; I am happy with this outcome,
for my life has gone by in a flash.
