Fighting these bonds
Those bonds around her are very tight,
They are the burdens she carry.
She can’t trust anyone so all she can do is be weary.
She can look shy, but she puts up a fight.
If you get too close, she may even bite.
Often times she thinks she isn’t ordinary,
So she decided to take the ferry
To a place of darkness; but her other self put up a fight with all it’s might.
Finally on that sea of darkness the light has shone bright.
Those bonds have released her and now she is merry,
For the weight on her shoulders,
Have been lifted off; Like sparkling sugar in the light,
She shines like a fairy.
Now her life is tucked away like a neat pile of folders.
