The Desperate Childhood
I remember those days
When I was a little boy,
I went to see the fair,
Rocking and jumping with joy,
Everything seemed so
Eye- catching,
But I had no money to buy,
I returned home with a heavy heart,
Filled with hundred of unfilled desires,
As time passed by,
I became a gentleman
With lots of money to buy
Today with the same pomp, the fair was on
As I entered those gates,
I remembered my childhood days
When I was a little boy,
Who Was Filled With lots of excitement and desperation to buy toys
But Then I had no money to Buy,
Well those days of my desperation have gone,
Today I can purchase the entire world
But, the little boy is no more there.
