Repression, Rejection,
Repercussions
The lessons he had been taught
A few years since real oppression hit
The final defeat a sword through their pride.

Success was abundant as sand
At first.No longer.

Now he stood surrounded.
Screams of terror and despair all around
He held a man’s body. Limp. Bleeding.
Smoke filled the room.
Screams of terror as more defenders fell.

The whites of his eyes.A killer.Merciless.
He stared at them
Defending himself while his will allowed
An eerie darkness surrounded.

Screams grew louder, destruction more abundant
All glory had been lost
Cornered in the holy building
Death was the only escape
The screams grew fainter

His grew louder.
