Between the silences
I allow myself the catious breath.
Enemy to catching the world's eye
i drive my spine into the stony sanguine wall.
i discover the world casts mere shadows,
far the more depraved than any chimera my fears could have been woven into.

The mental insurrection i flaunt within my skull
brands me a shot martyr to the cause of sanity.
Clamping shut my throbbing eyes
I chant my dream of liberation
yet freedom pleas ignorance and passes on to absolve but another.
