Music is life
Life is music
From every note
To every lyric.
Forever on a chain
of sadness and joy
all we do
is add some noise
and tweak a few words.
Before we know it
We've become a poet
singing a song
of our life
held by the heart
of what is really inside.
We may never always see it
But to believe it
we need to feel it.
Feel the reassurance
of someone caring.
Music is life

Very nice :) Very relatable, too. My only comment would be I had a hard time detecting rhyme scheme and such. Just work on your consistency and all should be good :)
