pile Up
Debbie and Brian pass
Lee and his dog pass
Ben and his depression
They all see differently
A mother passes alone,
as she sees her deceased son come for her
Three best friends pass,
along with the bottle of alcohol
As a road trip turns
Turns for the worst
Sam sees his freedom
Cara sees her fate
Dave in a truck
Susan in a car
They all pass, leave
Reaching their final destination
They meet, as strangers
But they are all alike
Coming to an end
They meet their deaths
As they pile Up
Each one, different, same
They stop, and think
For a few moments
They are all here
All going somewhere: Up.
