Thanks
Here alone once again,
Who would've known?
I didn't show the real pain,
Careful to keep the grin, on my face I've sewn.
I tried my best,
Smiled the biggest;
Laughed the loudest,
I'm fine, I'd always insist.
Inside, melted by agony,
Who would've known?
Hoping someone would see,
Through my false tone.
No one really bother,
I guess it was too much trouble;
Dropping hints in everything I said,
Always there, but always subtle.
Sometimes my sub conscious broke through,
And, finally, you saw it.
You understood,
Except, when you saw the scars you threw a fit.
Just knowing you were there,
Someone to talk to;
Knowing you knew,
Your strength got me through .
Thanks.
