Perfection is Boring

I want to climb the mountain,
and watch the sun rise.
I want to watch the sea,
with is never ending beauty.
I want to be held by the boy
I love.
I want to be loved by a family,
who hasn't been talked about.
I want a life that is perfect.
But who wants perfection?
Perfection is messy.
Imperfections are beautiful.
I'd rather not wear
this mask any longer.
I am not going to hide
the beauty of my soul.
