Under Pressure

This hurt. Is it real?
My weakest point? My Achilles heel?
I feel wounded, but not yet been slain.
With Everything to lose, but the world to gain.
Don't rate me as average, just because a page says so.
This isn't giving up. This, is letting go.
You may have the advantage, but I will take the lead.
Even though I'm trying my best, I may not succeed.
Just because I'm at the end of my rope, doesn't mean I can't climb.
The clock may be against me, but I still have time.
I'll reach that goal I've been dreaming of someday.
And although I don't know what tomorrow will bring.
I do know that I will be okay.
