Memories

The fire flares and the paper falls towards the flames,
The words slowly burn erasing all the blame.
No one can change the damage that has been done here.
No one can change the fear.
“Today is a new day” I tell myself
But does it matter when I cannot put the memories away on a shelf?
What am I to do with the pain of the past?
Will it always be like this; will it always last?

I really like this! Very lovely!:D I hate bullying, and I feel like I should do more to stop it. Maybe I will in the near future!
