The Less I See of Him
The less I see of him the less it hurts.
It lessens the obsession
Which threatens to overtake my thoughts, with a take no prisoners mentality.
It’s sick and repulsive
But, at the same time it’s profoundly moving
That so much devotion still exists in the world.
The veil between us is like a
Asprin to reduce the throbbing.
And yet it still beats faintly, relentless
In it’s quest.
