To Be Determined

I am a star,
A beacon, shining through the darkness
Starring off beyond what others can see,
Standing on the brink of insanity and genius.

I am a boy playing in a snow bank,
Carefully carving his way through the bank that is life,
Persistently pushing on,
While not forgetting where he came from.

I am the sparklers on the fourth of July,
Playing with me is risky,
But there are some of us,
The benefits outweigh the risks.

I am a computer,
Spitting out hundreds of thoughts in fractions of seconds,
Doing what is asked of me in what I believe is the best possible way,
But frustrating to those who don’t understand how I work.

I am a painting with no name,
With no true form or figure,
Appearing as many things, but secretly
A mystery.
