Anger

Within myself is Anger, a bird flying against a fierce wind
an awaitness to BLOW!
a ticking time-bomb awaiting the smallest attraction of irritation
a war within me of bitterness and peace.
To completely overcome this Anger is unknown
what is known is progress
progress of elimination
a knife to a gun fight
a cat and a mouse
The occurrence of random outburst
a fuse in my brain which strikes fireworks of rain
BOOM! I'm out of it
but deep breaths I take
finally I overcome it
now I sleep peacefully with triumph until I wake
