Hope is a cloud that rolls into your life without us calling to it. And as soon as you believe you’ve grasped it, it drifts away with the same unexpected nature it appeared with. And so as you watch it evade your sight you know it will appear when you most need it. And with this knowledge you allow yourself to be calmed by its familiar predictability. Hope is the only thing that can envelop you and return you to childlike simplicity. It is the one thing that never wavers, that is never exasperated or uncaring. Hope is there and will carry on as long as mankind proceeds to exist. Denying it is a self destructive notion for the stupid man. For even the strongest man is caressed by the loving hand of hope.
