Be My "Valentine"

They hand out candy hearts,
And roses for all.
They give kisses,
And special gifts to the ones they love.
If only they could do this every day,
Show love for one another.
If only there feelings were forever the same,
Instead of changing their wonder.
If only they could see what it means,
To truly love.
If only they could see,
That it’s not about the gifts.
It’s about the way they show there love,
Not just a softly spoken lie…
Valentine.
