You stabbed me in the heart.
My blood drains,
My veins empty
You leave me,
Never to breathe again.

The vultures pick at my skin,
As I decay.
Then they leave just
To come back
Another day.

My eyes have gone black
And dark as your soul,
I’m never to see love again.
You swallowed
My love whole.

My life you took,
In your hands,
You cherished it,
But only to throw
In the sand.

My dreams you sucked
Right out of me.
Never to believe again
They drowned in the sea
Of your disease.
