Just for a while
On sleepless nights, I think of you.
And our world that we live in together.
Even if it's only once in a while, because the seasons and the cities separate us.
I just like to remember you. And play your face in my head over and over again.
Even if it's just for a while.
And sometimes, we get together, and laugh, and pretend we don't have to ever leave again.
Even if it's just for a while.
And when our world comes back, after a thousand years of waiting, we love it.
Even if it's just for a while.
And soon, the seasons and the cities separate us, and our world falls into tiny pieces, that we frantically try to put together again. Reality comes back.
Even if it's just for a while.
