During times of deepest despair
All seems lost and forever forgotten
Runes of evil so pitiless
killing Hope and Light Within
Never again shall all see the light
Ever shall blackness reign
Sorrow the merciless disease
Squeezes the air of life away

The author's comments:
Many people are afraid of the dark, like my brother. However,I find it fascinating. What is Darkness? Should it be feared? I have decided to go with the common belief that it is an evil thing, similar to despair.
